Hey folks!
A friendly reminder that a great show is happening this coming Wednesday, October 15, at the Rhythm Room in Phoenix, AZ. Jukebox the Ghost, out of Washington, D.C., is a great indie-pop band that I had a chance to see back in September at this year’s Monolith Music Festival. Opening for Say Hi to Your Mom, Jukebox the Ghost play a fun, piano driven indie-rock style of music. I am a big fan of music that is simple, full of hooks and a joy to sing-a-long to. Jukebox the Ghost do a great job utilizing that formula and the result is an impressive live show and a great debut disc, Let Live and Let Ghosts.
Yeah, it’s a Wednesday night, but folks, this a band worth venturing out to see on a work or school night.I was really impressed with their show at Red Rocks, so I’m anxious to see them again. Besides, in these stressful economic times, $8 for some great entertainment is a heck of a bargain! Get your tickets today at Stinkweeds!
